Since then we have remained rooted to the spot physically, but over the years we have become more and more aware that providing a top level service to customers is what makes them stay with us.Our business involves sales, storage and distribution of general chemicals and specialty items to a broad spectrum of industry. We maintain good stocks of almost all the chemical commodities that we sell, and we have in-house ability to repack them in to a wide variety of size and quantity units.Strong emphasis is placed upon industrial cleaning technology and we have a wide range of chlorinated and specialist solvents available for engineering and electronics applications.All of our drivers are qualified for the safe handling and conveyance of chemicals; our vehicles are modern and suitably equipped for the job; our office staff provide a helpful and friendly order processing service with full Health and Safety Support information.In all our activities we adopt methods and policies which are perceived to be best for environment and protection. We use returnable/recyclable containers when ever practical and we constantly encourage our customers to work with us in getting the best use from materials and packaging - to achieve reducing waste to a minimum.Having just a single site is far from being a handicap for distribution, it keeps our costs down and our selling prices down. Our resources are concentrated so we have power to our elbow for swift co-ordinated responses to our customer needs.We have enough people, enough delivery vehicles, and enough stock on hand to take care of our customer requirements at the right time and at the right price. Some of our most regular customers are very remote from high Wycombe, Bucks., but our trucks are frequently at their doorWe go as far as our reputation will take us.
